David Ekanem is an Associate at Streamsowers & Köhn, where he is a member of the Firm's Dispute Resolution and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice groups. He has represented both local and international clients in proceedings before various superior courts of record and has advised leading organisations across the technology sector on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters.
In 2024, David was recognised by Lexology as a Legal Influencer in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector for Africa and the Middle East, and by Mondaq as a Thought Leader, reflecting his contributions to legal scholarship and industry discourse through globally recognised publication platforms. He also serves as a member of the International Law Association (ILA) Committee on Artificial Intelligence, International Law and New Technologies and is an Associate Member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).
