Ozioma Soludo

Ozioma Soludo is an Associate at KENNA, where she practises within the firm's Dispute Resolution and Energy and Natural Resources units. Her work spans complex commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance advisory for multinational and domestic clients. She has represented international oil companies in oil spill litigation and advises regularly on transactions and regulatory questions in Nigeria's energy sector.
She holds an LL.M and an LL.B (Hons) from Nile University of Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar following her studies at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos.
Beyond her practice, she serves on the Nigerian Bar Association's Committee on Legal Education and is a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA).
