Marx Ikongbeh is the Founder/Principal of Everlaw Associates, a commercial law firm with offices in Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria. He is a 2018 recipient of the ESQ Legal Awards 40-under-40 category which recognises young lawyers making an impact in the Nigerian legal profession.
From a background in commercial litigation, Marx now practises in the fields of Arbitration, ICT/Technology law and Intellectual Property law.
Marx is a facilitator on the annual "Information Technology and The Law" course of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies since 2016.
He has trained in advanced Intellectual Property Courses at the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy since 2014 and he is an accredited agent of the Nigerian Trademark and Patents Registry and has conducted IP Registration businesses there since 2009.
Marx advises a diverse portfolio of foreign and domestic clients in transactions, dispute resolution matters, ICT/Technology law and Entertainment Law.
