Sunday Agaji is a Senior Associate at Aluko & Oyebode, where he advises multinational corporations and local businesses on complex commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions. He has advised clients across diverse sectors and regularly represents them in high-value litigation and regulatory investigations.
Sunday holds an LL.B. from the University of Calabar, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and an MBA from Lagos State University. Prior to joining Aluko & Oyebode, he worked in a project and corporate finance firm, where he gained experience in corporate structuring and corporate-commercial advisory.
